ARGUMENTATION

Well, I've been reading a lot of theory, and most of them are discussions of the names on the list (wich is the most likely to be RJ), but... Recently I caught myself wandering how the hell that video from the season 5's finale was made and... Well, it's pretty much impossible if we analyse the facts purely on how they're shown to us.

Like, really! Lorelei was dead just when Jane was still processing his informations to come up with the list! It means that Red John knew EXACTLY how many and what names were on that list BEFORE even Patrick had that! And considering the list could only be made up by the very complete acces to Patrick's memorys of who he shook hands with! Not even a mind reader could do that with such remarkable precision and antecipation.

Some would say that all of the seven suspects are accomplices and that Red John just needed to get those followers who shook hands with Jane, but, for god's sake, Jane eliminated ALL the names of those he shook hands based on alibies for RJ's crimes! Being a accomplice doesn't  leave you without an alibi for the crimes of your master. '-'

Seriously, if you guys can think of anything actually reasonable, clarify my mind because without that I think all of you would agree with me that there's only two other options that explains what happened:

1) The list is fake: Well I don't think this is the case because Bruno Heller said it could be trusted and lying about that would be really wrong >=(

2) Lorelei is alive (or at least didn't die when we thought she did): Now, I really never liked this theory, but... It's the only one I have left! I always thought it would be just WAY too hard to Red John to fake her death like that but recently it just ocurred that Kirkland and the Homeland Security were acually the ones who took care of that crime scene... And if we think that Red John took the list information from Jane's attic, than we do know that our friend Bob did that.
I'm not saying he is the only one that could have done that, but if we look back:
1- He shook hands with Patrick just a few episodes before we got the information that RJ and Jane shook hands (coincidence? Maybe... Maybe not...) and the fact that Lorelei was in jail doesn't mean anything, given the fact that RJ it's not incapacitated at all of ceasing comunication with someone in jail (a.k.a Jared Renfrew);
2- He killed someone that could somehow give a clue about who RJ is, Jason Lennon (don't ask me why the "Do you recognize me?", no clue about that thou it did sounded suspicious as well), and even if some of you would think that was too risky... Well by the time RJ already knew abount Patrick narrowing down some names because of what Lorelei said, so in his place I guess I'd be very worried about any other sudden brake for Jane and being cornered like that...
3- Interest in RJ case since Patrick got into CBI (I mean, com'on! He's a Homeland Security agent!);
4- He fits Rosalind's description (I don't know why Jane didn't exclude half of the suspects because of that description, but he fits it, anyway =p)
5- The whole breaking in Patrick's attic after Lorelei apparently was already dead works very well as a mislead, and I'm sure many of you initially discarted him as a suspect like me after that (so he isn't THAT obvious, like many would say);
6- He is REALLY creepy! (Ok, no need to take this one seriously... =p)

Anyway, that's what I thought. I don't like the idea of Lorelei not being hat by the time we saw her dead but, as I already told you, I can't think of anything else possible...
