This has nothing to do with who is red john.
I am just writing this so that we can try to understand what happened so far and what PJ might be thinking.

I just think there is a mystery about Bob/Lorelei and Lisbon.And if we can answer these questions we might know what PJ is planning.

Mystery about Bob:Case-1:
Assume Bob is not RedJohn or Associate of RedJohn and he is a good guy hunting down RedJohn.
If he does not know who RJ is:
Jason very well knew RJ. So why did not he ask Jason who RJ is? 
He is asking Virgil/GaleB/Lisbon about RJ right from the start.why did not he ask Jason who actually know who is RJ? its strange??
Also, whats the need to kill Jason.?
If he does know who RJ is:
why not simplly follow/kill RJ?
why follow PJ's investigation?Why should he break into PJ's room?
why he need details on PJ's investigation?
Case-2: Bob is RedJohn or Associate of RedJohn

Killing Jason makes sense as Jason might reveal who RJ is to CBI/PJ.Also (RJ)Bob wanted to know where PJ is with his investigation. So he broke into PJ's room to find the details.

Mystery on Lorelei's Death:

Case-1: Its a fake:If its fake, who is she teaming up with ? PJ or RJ?
If PJ is behind this, RJ did not kill her even though it was shown like that.
so RJ would easily come to know about this and suspect PJ/Lorelei.
So what PJ/Lorelei is tring to achieve here by faking her death?
Moreover,Lorelei knows who RJ is and wanted to get revenge for her sister.
She could easily tell PJ who RJ is and then both of them can kill RJ.why they care about clues/proofs/evidence or even suspects?
They want to catch redjohn with actual proof and put him in jail.? i doubt it.
We all know both PJ and Lorelei want RJ to be dead. so why all this drama? 
Faking the death and reading out suspects makes no sense at all.
IF  RJ is behind this, why Lorelei should team up with RJ as she want to kill RJ.
is she held captive by RJ? and RJ is making her do this to play with PJ? Thats a possibility.

Case-2: Its real. Lorelei is dead:

Bob broke into Jane's room after Lorelei's death.If Lorelei's death is real, how can she read PJ's suspects?
When reading out Jane's suspects we can see she looks really bad and has a bandage on her left arm. 
But there were no sign of this when she was shown as dead. why?

Mystery about Lisbon:

In the later stages of season-5, PJ is reserching/suspecting all persons he met since he joined CBI.May be he found something enough to suspect Lisbon. May be Lisbon is not RJ associate from the start. But defintely there is something on her now linking to RJ. 

How RJ knows PJ is preparing a list of persons whom he shook hands with?Only Lisbon/Lorelei knows this apart from Jane.

Why did RJ asks for Lisbon's dead body as a gift in Season-4 finale.? We know PJ would not have killed anyone. so why ask for Lisbon?

Bob says to PJ in hospital, that PJ was there watching when Lorelei shot Jason.who else might have known this apart from Lorelei/PJ. Lisbon was the first to arrive at the scene.only Lorelei/Lisbon would have told him.

If Lisbon is RJ's associate from the start, does RJ trust her that much to allow her to work and get close with PJ?is it not a big gamble for RJ?

We can carve out number of theories/possibilities based on this.But these are just a guessing game following the clues. might not be true.

Theory-1:Lisbon(or some one else) steals PJ's suspect list and give it to RJ.RJ then make Lorelei to read the list and kills her.And then he sends the video to PJ at a later stage.
Bob is RJ's associate.
He breaks in to PJ's room.If RJ already got the list from Lisbon, why did Bob breaks into PJ's room.?This is a cover-up. 
The writers do not want us to suspect any one else except Bob for stealing Jane's list.
Bob is a obvious candidate for RJ's associate right from the start. So they just throw Bob as a bait to us.
Just think, we would have defintely suspected Lisbon(or any one else) if they had not shown Bob breaking into PJ's room.How else would RJ have the list?

Something similar to this happened in Season-3 finale.Intially it was shown GaleBertram is RJ's inside man and later they revealed it was Craig OLaughlin.

Theory-2:
Lorelei is not dead. She is held captive by RJ and she is doing what RJ says.So RJ is faking her death. Then RJ asks Jason to break into PJ's room and get the actual suspects.And RJ makes Lorelei to read this.
