As much as i really thought it was Brett partridge, he really did fit the profile.. and i do like the theory's that he pulled Lisbon over, i just don't think is plausible! if he did fit the profile SO well, Patrick would of figured it out before us... surely! 

In one the the first episodes, jane says red john is an artist, the first thing you see before you see is the bloody face, THEN and ONLY THEN do you see the body. Red john knows that when Patrick finds lisbon (unconscious i'm guessing + hoping) and brett, his attention will be straight to her (thus, seeing the face) then to the body Of brett partridge! So does make sense that red john drew it on lisbon

However i think the list may be fake, as Patrick was happy when he knew someone had broken into his room thing, however he looked terrified when red john red out the list! So now partridge is most likely dead, i have no idea who to suspect now!
