Im sure Brett Partrigde is dead and was involved with red john. Before he died he said" tiger tiger". Also its a possibility that the person who attacked Lisbon wasn't RJ he didn't prove it by drawing the face on some wall rather on her face. 

The fact that lisbon told everyone about the list im sure thats what Jane wanted of her.

Q) I was wondering if anyone knew why Red John killed Janes family and not just him rather wouldnt he kill Jane and leave his family why does he leave him behind?
 cuz he killed that panzer guy for insulting him but not jane? why?
