On the episode where, the secretary that killed Bosco and his team, was also killed. Towards the end I noticed the man that poisons her after she's been arrested. Take a look carefully at this guy, he's just an ordinary looking police officer. Meaning that rules out all the really recognizable people, as they could not pull off a disguise as a police officer and just walk past Jane. Who can this man be? I'm guessing its Red John. Look at the way the secretary looks at him and reacts.
