Can someone PLEASE explain this shit to me?

I don't understand why Bruno Heller show us RJ wearing a ring when he was at Rosalind Harker house and then he give us 7 suspects with no ring ! 
Except CBI RON who his not in the list so f*** him 
Also Rosalind Harker said Red John has short straight hair , isn't Gale Bertram bald? 
I'm tired Bruno Heller is a sick men who has not yet decided who will be the red john ¬_¬
