I think it's Dr. Roy Carmen from the 2009 episodes "Red Badge" and "The scarlet letter" (played by Christian Clemenson). Just because both parts of his name Roy and Carmen mean Red. Let's wait and see. Will watch those episodes tonight, maybe I'll see it in the different light.
