Hey guys, I just thought about it, and I think that RJ is actually Ray Haffner.
So this is the inital list:
Bob Kirkland, Gale Bertram, Reede Smith, Brett Partridge, Thmoas Mcallister, Brett Stilles, Ray Haffner
We have 7 suspects, and we know that brett partridge is dead, so we have 6 suspects.
So now we have:
Bob Kirkland, Gale Bertram, Reede Smith, Thmoas Mcallister, Brett Stilles, Ray Haffner
Then, we know that RJ has a straight hair, so we have, so g.bertram is out:

Jason Lennon (close friend to red john) said that he doesn't recognize bob kirkland:

Based on the barn and the record of jay roth, he's mid-age, so stilles is out:

We know that RJ isn't fat, both Rosalind Harker and jay roth profile confirmed this, and we can see
in the last episode of season 2 that RJ is thin.

Note: This two are the only suspects so far that whistle!
IMO there's 1% chance that its mcallister, he's been proven to be stupid and not really good at
combat, based on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-7UqxcLx2o , he really doesnt fit the RJ
profile.
Plus Ray Haffner had a motive to keep Lisbon alive, he appeared much more than Mcallister, and
you can see his creepy face at the end of episode 2 season 6.
