The show is titled 'The Mentalist'.....which is what Heller appears to be :) and he has been extremely successful in playing with your minds hasn't he ? ;)

So assuming that RJ is on that list

AND

that RJ has now started killing the suspects one at a time (Brett P was his first vic) on that list

I think PJ should now take a break, go on a vaca, in the meantime RJ would have killed 5 more suspects on that list thus eliminating 6 suspects :)

Et Voila !!!! PJ returns from vaca and arrests RJ !!!!!! WOO HOO
