The cult of Red John is made up of a lot of people, but there is one leader. Is he Kirkland? or is He Heffner? Because Bertram, Smith, and McCallister are out. Partridge is dead, and Stiles is too old. What was telling in that scene was the following: McCallister had no clue how far Jane has gotten..."What is this?" was his words.

Smith was exetremely interested in what Jane knows, and with that an obvious RJ accomplice.  Bertram is very close to the leader of the Red John cult and so he know's that Jane is close, but I believe the leader has reassured him, but to keep close watch on Jane.  This is how Bertram knew that "Jane's getting close",(In Bertram's and RJ's mind  "or thinks he is getting close" (from episode 1) 

   I think that Haffner is RJ now...He has an arrogance around him. He is connected with Stiles through visualize, and he evaded the question as to if he was at the farm. He didn't deny it with exact words nor did he affirm. In episode 2 he was seen with Bertram at the beginning of the show in the office...that maybe how he got information that Lisbon was ok, and where she was, but also a follow up on the murder of BP, but that is speculation..he was just shown with no dialog.


As far as Kirkland goes..we will have to wait till the 4th episode to see Kevin Corrigan again, as it seems on the tracker from episode 1 he was in Los Angeles, or at least his main cell phone was.

The 2 closest to BP when he was killed: Bertram, and Haffner...

It will be interesting to find out about McCallister this coming sunday..Jane on a roof with the sheriff hovering over him like a hunter...
