When the nurse came in and asked for 'Carmen Lee' it triggered something in Jane's head to think of Sophie Miller. I worked out what it was. In the Season 2 episode "Scarlet Letter" the psychiatrist and therapist of CBI makes his first appearance , his name is Roy Carmen. Roy being Red John's primary alias and Carmen being the name called out in the hospital. In the episode Red Badge, Dr Roy Carmen is turns out to be a killer. I am not saying this guy is Red John, but now i see why the name "Carmen" linked Jane to his own psychiatrist. This may come into this season but it might not, just thought id put that out there for people wondering why Jane made the connection.
