Given that this "Tiger,Tiger" corrupt cop organization has been going on for quite some time, I find it odd that absolutely NO ONE from Lisbon's elite CBI team such as Cho, Rigsby, or Van Pelt has been offered/accepted membership into Tiger,Tiger over the past 6 seasons or has no knowledge & info about it or has even been approached by anyone about it.

Seeing as how Rigsby & Van Pelt leave soon, I think they both have something to do with RJ, and Risgby isn't as dumb as he acts or looks.
