So I have never though BP was RJ, but maybe. 

What of this,  Tyger-Tyger Mob got PJ list.  Some of T-T are on the list.  So then kill off the ones on the list that are not part of T-T.   Getting RJ in the process.    In doing so T-T becomes the new villain.   Lisbon and the team must clean up the T-T group.  Rigsby and Van Pelt and soon off the show Van Pelt is part of T-T and draws Rigsby in.  They are kill or otherwise shuffled off the show.
