I'm not too sure who is Red John is but my theory is that he isn't on the list. 

Due to the last clue that was giving about Red John was that he had 3 dots on his shoulder I think these will be stripes (Tiger Stripes). 

Also looking at promo for Episode 6 -  Fire and Brimstone, Patrick Jane gets all the remaining 5 suspects in a room together to interrogate them.

I think all of them will have this tattoo, as it is the a sign for being a member of the Tyger Tyger organisation.
