I didn't think it at first but then i saw the poster, which led me to believe that either PJ is RJ and Wayne is gonna kill him or Wayne Rigsby is RJ. Went with the second option cos there was this one episode when LaRoche was investigation the Todd burning. He questioned Rigsby  bout his fathers alibi, he actually got Cho to lie for him. May have not been through master manipulation but he used his niceness to get his way. He also managed to get Lisbon to let it slide that he was dating a van Pelt. He acts like he is head over heels in love with van Pelt yet he chose his job at the CBI over her.
