Ok, well if you look at the scene where the gun shot happens the light comes the window on the left, where Ray was sitting, not from the right window where Patrick would have been. So I believe that Patrick didn't shoot anyone at the end of the episode. 

I also believe that RJ is separate from Tyger Tyger and that Tyger is being used to throw us off the scent of the real RJ, which is Haffner. He fits the descriptions given previously and so I'm sticking with him for now.
