Let me give you this slight clue as to why I dont think it is him watch the part where he dies. when Lisbon enters the room there is a white door to the right when she enters it was closed. I repeat the door was closed. when lisbon gets back up after seeing Brett die and say tiger tiger the door is open. There was someone else in that room. How else can you explain door closed and door open. Brett is gone guys I thought he was RJ as well until I picked that up and was like shit nope cant be him. He was on the ground and dead he could not have moved that fast to open the door.
