if you saw the episode when red john is telling the limerick or something like this. you will see that he is 5-10 cm taller than jane. its male. and i think its only one person. from s5 e13 we know that he was in visualize group or he was at farm warking i think he is one of the member, and i also think that bret stiles knows who is red john. i dont think that he is red john. there was a lot of theories and one of them was Jane. but he is not red john i'm 100% sure. cho isn't so tall as real red john. in group there is only one person rigsbey. and actually i dont think that red john is in FBI or CBI. im not 100% sure but i think bret pattridge also knows who is red john and maybe he is working on RD but he isnt RD. my opinion is that he is very close to him. i dont know who it is but there isn't many people shown in all 5 episodes who is 5-10 taller than jane. so someone must look every episode and see every male person who is 5-10 cm taller thank jane. if you interesting to discuss about red john. add me https://www.facebook.com/tato.kapanadze?ref=tn_tnmn

I have read a theory (theory #1315 by BeMyGuest1201)so I wanted to investigate... and I found something very interesting!
In
that theory, the user reports that if you pay attention and listen to
5x13 episode, you can hear that the steps of Red John (in the redhead
girl's flashback) were limping.
Well, I remember very well a guy who was lame!

to 2x08 episode; this is one of my theory: Do you remember CARTER PEAK?
Red John's supposed fourth victim? What if HE was (and he IS) Red John?
Carter
Peak had an amputated leg and he used a prosthesis (we can see him on
Patrick's reenactment of the murder). Carter Peak is played by Casey
Pieretti and he has actually an amputated leg, but he is a stunt-man and
he is a great skater, so you shouldn't think that he is unable to do what Red John does.
His height is
5' 10½" (1.79 m, compatible with Roy Tagliaferro's height)
and he was born in 1966, so he is 47 years old.
Patrick
assumes that Red John want to hide Peak's DNA evidence, but what if he
wants to hide only the body? Maybe it isn't Carter Peak's body and Red
John makes Patrick to find the X-ray plates to make him believe that it
was.
Now pay close attention on 2x08 episode, min. 30:30;
Patrick
asks Rebecca a question and we all focus on her answer. BUT WAIT! When
Patrick mentions the DNA samples Rebecca has a strange reaction: She
mumbles a "mmm?" as to say "what are you talking about? DNA samples???".
So
I think that Red John's mistake is not what they make us to suppose.
And maybe the body they found was another person. Towlen Morning's death
is also weird: his body was frozen, so maybe it was taken from a morgue
cold chamber and maybe it isn't Morning's real body.
But there
is an element against this theory: Carter Peak lost his leg during the
first gulf war and it began in 1991; so in 1988 Carter Peak still had
his leg. So his steps were not limping, isn't it?
That's all!
I don't believe much in Carter Peak/Red John theory even if I thought it; but I believe that Peak's case is much more interesting than it seems. And so is also Morning's case.

I think RJ is not Jane because in episoden 2x23 fake RJs have got Jane. RJ killed people who try coping RJ's work, saved Jane and told Jane a quote. It can't be Jane.If it is Jane it could be very big shock.
Red John seemed in 3x24. When Jane is sitting at the mall, somethings happened and Lisbon called Timoty Carter bla bla bla afterthat when Jane stood up, RJ walked away. RJ is near of Timoty who wearing RED sweater. When Timoty Carter was talking on the phone, looks like speaking to that guy. It might be RJ but Jane hasn't shaked hands. If it is gonna be crisis, we must know RJ now.
AND
It is very possible to be Brett Partridge but it will not be very big shock when we learn who is RJ. Lorelie said Jane you are just like RJ and really Brett and Jane's behaviors are similier.
Back to the Tyger, Tyger poem. In simple terms, this poem begs two questions:
-Who created Red John? ie: someone by some intention drove RJ to be the person they are (on-purpose, not on accident)
-What was their motive in doing so?
People, someone made RJ into the person they are. Shaped and molded RJ, with reason.
After thinking about this, I'm inclined to believe it was from some form of abuse.

Lisbon's other, un-named brother, by her abusive and deceased (suicide) father
Bret Stile's son, by his father's own will
Patrick Jane is not a Red John. Let me explain why. In last episode when they are on farm they see smiley face on the wall. They said it was painted by someone who worked on the farm. After that Jane meets all people who shouldve worked there and no one recognizes him. But there is my another opinion. It was there 25 years ago. jane is 44 which means he painted that face first time when he was 19. Age fits so there is a chance.
In the last episode, the woman that killed the guy in farm says:
I had a feeling, someone was there with us...
And at that moment, we hear Red John breathe. But not only breathe, but take two steps as well.
I want you to open the episode, and listen to it.
... Breathing starts...
... RJ takes a step...
... Sound of something being dragged on the ground...
... RJ takes a step...
... Sound of something being dragged on the ground...
At this point, Red John is hiding. He is relaxed that he is not caught. So there is no way that he is carrying something heavy by dragging it on the ground.
I think it is his leg. He must have a problem with his leg then.
It might be a clue, or it might be something else than his leg. This can help us someday, I just want you to keep this in mind.
