THE THEORIES

What mindfucks me is that the first 5 seasons and 7 episodes are like iPhone series. And episode 8 is compared with iPotato 6.Or like Bolt finishing last in 100m.Or like Barcelona dropped to Division B.Or Stoopkid coming up with a plausible theory.Or like Justin Bieber singing a good song.(OK that's impossible but you get my point)

Doesn't fit. It's like suddenly all the cast members and writers lost their talent?

I have a new theory

Red John is Rigsby but he turned into a pokemon, then he turned into Brett Partridge
He has a 2" cock, so he must be Red John

P.S. I had sex with RJInFrance

Why Rigsby is not Red John; If you want a respectable Theory , you have to cover plot holes, as well as interpret clues. Answer ALL of these or Rigsby isn't Red John. You can't just glaze over these things and say "every theory has plot holes," because that just proves YOUR theory isn't waterproof.

......................................

When Jane talks to Red John's voice in the limo in the finale of season 4, Rigsby is in handcuffs. The voice cannot be pre-recorded as it gives real and relevant responses to Jane. Explain.

Season one finale: How is Rigsby luring Jane to the farm, where he is sipping tea, when he is actually riding with Cho?

If Rigsby is Red John, why is he killing farm workers at the age of 10. These farm workers were bound by the hands, shot and dragged into the farm, so Rigsby must be one strong 10 year old to overpower these men. The killer dropped a high school class ring, furthermore Rigsby graduated high school at the age of 10 or below.

.....................................

Last of all, how do any of Jane's plans reflect he wants to catch Rigsby?

I don't know if you'll ignore this, or weasel out of answering these, but if you can't, stop saying you're being victimized because you think Rigsby is Red John.Your theories just aren't waterproof, it's just a mash of clues you put together in a kitchen blender. Where's my theory, you may ask? Focus on this one right here and I'll make a theory right here! :)

I know we've been everywhere with Partridge theories... but hear my out!

We all know Red John thinks of himself as a superior being right? He'd never lead the Blake Association and have the same tattoo as his subordinates, that wouldn't be RJ.

But look at this picture, the cut is circular, not a straight line.

It might be a far fetch... but what if his tattoo wasn't 3 dots... but a smiley face?

And a Partridge in a pear tree. . . Happy Holidays!

Just want to gauge the thoughts of viewers.

Green: Partridge is Red John. I don't believe in coincidence.

Red: McAllister is Red John. No tricks. No surprises.

Episode 8 = Kim fischer's dream
Man in front of slide = Brett Partridge
Brett Partridge= Red John
Roger in My Blue Heaven= Bret Stiles
Jane and Partridge= Twins = True origin of Tyger Tyger poem
Father= Stiles

Episode one. When Partridge says "I'm stoked to finally see one in the flesh" he'd already seen many smiley faces so he was saying that he was very excited to finally see Patrick, his twin.

Season one finale. Partridge was in the carnival where he met Michael Kirkland. Partridge went looking for Jane but he had already left. He asked Alex Jane where Patrick went. Alex tells him that Patrick left after conning a dying girl. In season one finale, Partridge decides to meet Jane. He kills one of two twins to get Jane's attention. And during the case, Jane meets the dying girl he conned. Rosalynd Harker.

One season later, the famous Tyger Tyger poem is birthed in the finale. The poem is a comparison of the Lamb and the Tyger who are of the same creator. In the series, Bret Stiles is the head of his own cult. He is likened to a God. He knows more than Jane and John because he knows why they were separated. The name Red John was deliberate. It directly mirrors the name Patrick Jane, which translates to Pink Jane.

One season later, Bruno Heller says we would see a glimpse of the real Red John in the finale. In the park we see Brett Partridge walking a dog from the back, wearing the same fishing hat he wears in season 6.

One season later, Jane meets Lorelei Martins, who was separated from her sister at a very young age.

One season later, Jane finds out Red John has a weakness. Jane is wondering why Jason Lennon was killed. So he divulges his list to Lisbon in Red John's rules. Bruno Heller tricks the audience by making it look like Jane never told Lisbon a name. If you rematch the episode, you will see him say Bertram is on the list but then he gets interrupted by the weekly murder mystery. It's rational to conclude he was going to tell her all of the names. Sean Barlow does a psychic reading on Lisbon. There are no such things as psychics. Lisbon is bugged. When Red John feeds back the list on the same night to Jane, Jane reviews the CD. Everyone's name is said in full including Raymond Haffner. However "Bob Kirkland" is not said in full, signalling Partridge doesn't know him.

One season later, We see a woman in Bret Stiles' ceremony who looks like the woman feeding pigeons. She was wearing make up to resemble Partridge. Jane ignores her. No picture, so sorry. Jane is kidnapped by Bob Kirkland.

One episode later, Kirkland arrives at Jane's house and throws in a concussion bomb at Haffner and Stiles. Jane is closest to them, so he gets hit too. He wakes up later than everyone else. You can hear Bob Kirkland talk to a "Tom" on the phone in season 5. This was the only occasion Bob said a person's name when he was on the phone. Bob Kirkland works with Thomas McAllister (He is "Tom"). Bob Kirkland works with Gale Bertram in season 5. Reede Smith has a trace in his phone which Oscar Cordero uses in Great Red Dragon, to tell Bertram that Reede handed himself in. Reede was in the meeting of 3 suspects. They were all tasked by Bob Kirkland to find out what Jane knew. Reede also works for Bob Kirkland, but he talks like a full-blown Tyger member because of the bug in his phone. Reede Smith shot Michael Kirkland.

After the concussion bomb blows, McAllister helps Kirkland unload the surrogate bodies and the other 2 members take their positions. Bob Kirkland takes the gun from Jane's jacket and puts it on his hand to get fingerprints. Once everyone is cleared out, Thomas McAllister throws in the explosive. The bomb injured Tom and there is a wound out of his side. Kirkland has already driven off. Tom is alone. He cannot seek medical attention as he is supposed to be dead. He dies in a quiet park. McAllister phones Kirkland but there is nothing Kirkland can do except plant Jane's gun at McAllister's body.

Note: There's many ways McAllister could have died in the park. It probably happened a different way, but it definitely involved Kirkland.

Kirkland thinks he's won. He believes he has tricked Jane into thinking McAllister is Red John and he has framed Jane for his murder. Kirkland is not implicated at all for his crimes. He sends Stiles to Jane. During the torture, he reveals only that he is Jane's father. Kirkland gives him to Jane as consolation.

Jane is a smart guy. He lured Bob Kirkland to kidnap Haffner and Stiles. Bob Kirkland kills Ray Haffner and tortures him. He has fooled Bob Kirkland into thinking Bob has kidnapped the real Red John. Kirkland tortures Stiles.

Jane pretends he thinks Bertram is Red John. Then he "lets go," when he loses his job at CBI.

......

Hopefully season 6 finale is a flashback... 2 years ago...Partridge sniffs victory and confronts Jane in the church. And the ultimate battle of wits ensues as they each reveal how they pulled off their respective tricks, they reveal their bluffs and Partridge finally reveals their origin.

This is fan-fiction beyond Jane's house, but I just thought there haven't been many actual theories posted in a while.

And the McAllister episode is Kim Fischer's dream, and something really interesting is revealed about her in the Jane/Partridge showdown.
