When the other guy says

BP: That was an internal issue. Lorelei Martins was one of his own people. Doesn't count.

If he is RJ, it is like he is trying to justify his actions. It is like he is trying to explain it was just an internal thing and he hasn't been killing innocent people for a long time.

Well, internal or not, it counts! Murder is murder. And only a killer would come with such a sentence, saying it does not count and trying to justify the murder.
