Dear All,
I will try to force your minds with some of the cruxes and go into deeper probabilities so that we can see if we can come up with some kind of theory with them:
1- List of 7 VCD: I never checked it myself but people here say that the bullet wound on Lorelei's arm is misplaced in the video which makes people think that if the video itself has been taken by Jane, or by Red John but not in the described timeline. However, there is another thing to mention here. Regardless of whom had taken that video, why would there be such a discrepancy? I mean whoever shot that vid shouldn't have said "Ok Lorelei, let's just shoot this... Which arm was that? Left or Right?". A bullet wound doesn't just disappear and you must be a slobbery idiot not to check the arms and find the right one UNLESS:
a-) Directors have missed that point (I wouldn't bet on this)
b-) That was not Lorelei but her sister. If this is the case, either Lorelei has another twin sister or the legit sister of hers (who was a few years younger than her I guess) is actually not dead and sharing the same visuals and voice (etc.) with Lorelei. But why bother doing this with someone else but not Lorelei herself? Lorelei was held captive and rejected to play a part in such a video but still an asset for RJ whereas her sister was easily disposable? Still in such a case, there was no need to guess which arm it was because a quick look at the captive Lorelei's arms would answer the question. I AM REALLY CURIOUS HOW THE SHOW (if ever) WILL ANSWER THIS QUESTION.
2- Kirkland killing Lennon: Let's just remember the dialogue between the two;
Kirkland: You're one tough SOB Jason Lennon, you really are... (sighs). He sighs but not the way to show a relief but in a way to completing a must-do task. I saw no feeling of revenge here. He plays so cool and bored at the same time (I'll give the man his due, Corrigan's act is perfect)
When you (just imagine) kill a person out of revenge, you at least want him to recognize / remember you so that he will know why he's dying. You want to see that fear and remorse in his eyes and only this way you can feel that your revenge is being taken in real sense. However, Bob was actually relieved when he found out that Lennon didn't recognize him (it's good to know, thanks...). So, this should not be about revenge but why not injecting the air without even waking him up? But no, waking him and talking to him was important but not out of revenge. I believe that Bob wanted to see if the previously applied hypnosis over Lennon was broken by the trauma he had by getting shot or not. Maybe this was important to see how powerful the hypnosis could be, so that if the other people hypnotized by Rj are caught or drop wounded but not dead, Rj needed to know if they're still under his spell (security measures). If Bob was after RJ and killed Lennon because of raping her GF or something like that, the moment Lennon said that he didn't recognize him, Bob would have helped him remember first, then killed him. This is how it works. Don't tell me that you guys never attempted to take your revenge from someone (you don't have t kill them, there are other ways too). You want them to know why.
Anyway, does this make Bob RJ? This is a question that can not be answered with the data in our hands right now. Maybe later...
A guy like Patrick Jane would DEFINITELY go and see Kristina Frye in the mental institution (or wherever she is after being turned into a pumpkin by RJ) and talk to her. And yes, such a scene would not be kept away from the audience. But this has never happened. He is a man of digging deeper, questioning, observation, you name the rest. He would have tried to take something out of her memory deep down. For God's sake, these two had posed to fall in love with each other, remember. She was not just someone passing by. All that romantic dinner thing, Pj being in a dilemma of putting off his ring or not, running desperately here and there to locate her after being abducted, etc. Then what? Oh, she is under a bad spell, let me better forget about her... would I buy that? I think this tells us that Frye has a big role to play in future episodes. Otherwise, she wouldn't be kept in the dark so much. What that role would be? Can't say with the data in hand.
Another point; RJ's voice... Enemy of your life is talking to you face to face and on the phone several times and you can't just figure it out among the seven suspects? Nonsense! RJ is using a device to alter his voice. I don't think so. First, people said that the mask he wore had such a set in it which helped him change his voice. For God's sake, does this guy go everywhere with that mask? If that is the case, why are some other people accusing BP with being RJ himself as his voice comes out perfectly the same as RJ does. And guess what? No mask involved! You may say that there was no voice changing and BP is actually RJ and he's not dead but just went completely undercover with a secret operation like feeding pigeons and then he will surface back in his true identity as RJ. If this is what you're thinking to do Bruno, bad news for you because WE ALL ARE WAY BEYOND THAT CHEAP TRICK!
Let me make a deduction instead of an induction about RJ / PJ story. Imagine that they come face to face in the end. Can you visualize something like this?:
PJ: Hey sucker, why did you kill my family? (he will ask that for sure)
RJ: Well dude, actually I had nothing to do with you or your family but that night on the tv... when you talk like that, I dunno, I just felt like... I just lost control man, I just can't help it you know... hey, u got a cigarette?
OR
PJ: Dear John, I get everything clear... I mean you being a serial killer and everything... But why did u get obsessed with me? You should have just killed my folks and move on...
RJ: You know, I was a lonely child bro... Not many out there to play with... I always wanted a playmate... and I thought that you and I would get along... don't tell me you didn't enjoy it man! Hey Lisbon, wassup? Do they serve dinner here? Kinda starving you know...
I hear you guys... Shouldn't be so shallow right (ignore the stupid dialogues I generated, just see the essence)? Then it must be deeper. If we all think that it must be deeper, then we need to go beyond the PJ we know and dig down to his past and probable connections I believe. When we do that, we are completely in dark except:
1- Carny Life
2- Alex the abusive father
3- Time served in Child Protection Services
4- Psychic career (fake or not)
5- Family man
6- Time served in a Mental Institution
7- Brother in law
8- Sophy Miller (or her head only)
9- That older fella from the enemy clan from his carny days (don't remember the name)
What does all this stuff tell us? Not much with the data in hand. So, if you pay attention to the conclusions of each point above, there is one thing in common. Not with the data in hand. So, this is my last post as I will stop producing because with all those shady parts blocking our way to actually coming up with a strong idea/theory, I refuse to be a part of this cat & mouse play because there is no mouse yet to chase after. However, I will keep watching the show for the sake of the time I spent to watch it so far. Will I be disappointed at the end? So be it... I like it no matter what happens. After all, maybe Bruno is not that smart at all...
